Shotteswell Secure Dog Walking Fields

About us

Shotteswell Dog Walking Fields are secure, fully enclosed, with 6ft high fencing, and have a variety of features in each field. Each field is available to hire privately, giving you exclusive use of the field during your booked time period.

The fields are perfect for:

Dogs with an unreliable recall
Reactive dogs
Bitches in season
Dogs with a high prey drive

They also provide;

A great place to train your dog with no other distractions
A safe place to walk your dog without meeting others
A place where your dog can unleash its instincts, run free and have fun.

A shelter is provided in each field, with benches and hot drink vending machines to enjoy while your dog safely roams free. Fresh water and hose pipes are also provided.

The Paddock and The Woodland Field have parking available just outside each field, next to the entrance gate. The Hilltop Field has a secure, drive in parking area within the field.

We can only allow 6 dogs per booking. Professional dog walkers please get in contact if you are interested in using the fields with more dogs.

The Fields

The Paddock

A 6 acre grassland field including a tyre playground and an agility area with obstacles such as ramps, jumps, slalom poles and a tunnel.

Benches and a field shelter are also available with a hot drinks vending machine to enjoy while using the field.

The Woodland field

A 25 acre field, including 3 acres of woodland, a large pond and 22 acres of grassland to explore. Including logs to play on and a giant dog bone shaped wood chip pit.

The Hilltop field

A 20 acre field, with 3 acres of woodland and 17 acres of grassland. Including a drive in, secure, car parking area. A more challenging walk than The Woodland Field, on a hill, but with amazing views over the valley from the top
